Bill’s practice focuses on franchise transactional work both in the US and abroad, representing franchisors and develops through master franchise, direct franchising and other international licensing arrangements. In addition to helping manage the firm’s international practice, Bill manages the firm’s trademark practice and routinely handles intellectual property licensing and disputes. Bill has presented on the topic of international franchising at the IFA’s annual conference, legal symposium and other IFA events.
