Jarina’s practice focuses on franchise registration and regulatory compliance, as well as litigation issues affecting franchise systems such as the enforcement and interpretation of franchise agreements. Jarina also drafts franchise disclosure documents, franchise agreements, and other commercial agreements. In law school, Jarina served as a research assistant to Michael Risch and Teressa Ravenell, Professors of Villanova School of Law. Prior to law school, Jarina worked as a journalist at CIO Magazine, where she wrote articles on information technology and security, and she has also written articles for Boston Magazine.
Jarina is a graduate of Villanova University School of Law (cum laude, J.D. 2013). Jarina also holds a B.S. in journalism (2007) from Boston University.
Jarina is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
