Kristen Harvilla

Brian counsels clients on matters of regulatory compliance, commercial transactions, and intellectual property law, among other subjects. He drafts contracts, compiles franchise disclosure documents, and files state franchise registrations as well as federal trademark registrations. No matter the issue, Brian strives to deliver intelligent, cost-effective, and timely solutions to his clients.

Brian spent four years working in the financial services industry before returning to school in pursuit of his J.D., and ultimately, a career in business law. As a law student, Brian supplemented his professional experience with internships at a multinational investment bank and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission, where he was a member of the Summer Student Honors Program. He also worked as an assistant to Professor Jonathan Lipson, for whom he researched the trend of non-plan settlements in corporate bankruptcy.

Education

Brian graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2018. He graduated from the Boston College Carroll School of Management in 2011 with a bachelor’s degree in marketing and English.
