Christina ‘s practice focuses on complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. Christina has extensive pre-litigation and litigation experience in a variety of practice areas, including mass tort, catastrophic personal injury, and aviation. At Fisher Zucker, Christina represents franchisors and other corporations in litigation regarding trademark infringement, breach of contract, restrictive covenants, and other related issues and assists clients in reaching effective, equitable solutions to their problems.
Christina was named to the National Trial Lawyer’s “Top 40 under 40” list for civil litigators in 2018 and is frequently invited to speak at conferences and symposia on topics related to effective litigation strategy, regulatory compliance and substantive litigation issues.
Christina is an active member of the Assumption College Alumni Association and served on the Alumni Board of directors for the 2018-2019 term.
Christina is a graduate of Assumption College, where she received a BA in Political Science in 2010 and Suffolk University, where she received her JD in 2013.
Christina is admitted to the bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the District of Massachusetts.
