Bianca Basilone
Bianca joined Fisher Zucker in 2024 and focuses her practice on franchise law, representing franchise clients in transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters. Bianca helps clients establish and expand their businesses by drafting, updating, and enforcing franchise disclosure documents, franchise and licensing agreements, and a range of other contracts.
Prior to joining Fisher Zucker, Bianca worked as a franchise associate at a Philadelphia-area law firm and as a law clerk to the Hon. Sherry R. Fallon in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware.
Education
Bianca is a graduate of Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law (J.D. 2021) and received a B.S. from West Chester University in 2013.
