Ian Daniels
Ian joined Fisher Zucker in 2023 and focuses his practice on both transactional and litigation issues facing franchise systems, including drafting franchise disclosure documents and franchise agreements, as well as intellectual property protection.
Prior to his time at Fisher Zucker, Ian worked at Weber Gallagher Simpson Stapleton Fires & Newby, where he focused on litigation matters related to general liability and transportation liability.
Education
Ian is a graduate of a Villanova Law School (J.D. 2022) and received a B.S. in Marketing from Penn State University (2017).
