His knowledge and input on the importance of a Franchise’s Item 19 was portrayed in the program’s presentation “Building a Stronger Franchise System Through Marketing and Financial Excellence”.
He covered various topics including a detailed collaborative process for creation of Item 19, understanding normalizing and what skews system wide averages, different types of financial performance representations, and prospect fears.
