Matan Dragon
Matan joined Fisher Zucker in January of 2026. He primarily focuses his practice on addressing franchise-related transactional matters, namely through assisting with the drafting of franchise disclosure documents and franchise agreements for the firm’s clients. Matan has also assisted the firm’s clients on day-to-day matters through constructing notices of default, mutual termination agreements, and other contracts.
Prior to joining Fisher Zucker, Matan served as the Compliance Coordinator at Syracuse University’s Office of Athletic Compliance and as a Marketing Agent and Special Advisor for a boutique sports agency based in California. During law school, Matan was a member of the Travis H.D. Lewin Advocacy Honor Society’s Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Division, where he competed on behalf of Syracuse University College of Law at the ABA Negotiation Competition, Tulane University’s Professional Basketball Negotiation Competition, and New York Law School’s Soccer Dispute Competition.
Education
Matan is a graduate of Syracuse University College of Law (J.D. 2025) and received a B.S. in Sport & Recreation Management and a Minor in Entertainment Law & Business from Temple University in 2021.
