Michael Conway
Mike joined Fisher Zucker in 2025 and focuses his practice on franchise litigation and alternative dispute resolution arising out of franchise-related business transactions. Mike represents franchisor clients in federal courts across the country, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings, in connection with a wide range of disputes arising out of franchise relationships. Mike is experienced in handling matters involving breach of contract, trademark infringement, enforcement of post-termination obligations such as franchisee non-compete covenants and de-identification obligations, and other disputes impacting the operation and management of franchise systems.
Prior to joining Fisher Zucker, Mike worked at a large, nationally ranked law firm as a labor and employment defense attorney, where he represented Fortune 500 companies in a variety of employment-related matters.
During law school, Mike was a member of the Duquesne University School of Law Moot Court team and was nominated “Best Advocate” in the school’s 2021 mock trial competition.
Education
Mike is a graduate of Duquesne University School of Law (J.D. 2022) and received a B.S.B.A in Finance from Drexel University in 2017.
